New Year's Eve Ball at Pembroke Grange

Hello Everyone,

Here we are again, at the very end of the year 2019. Another year has gone by. So much has happened. There were unforgettable moments, amazing projects, great experiences and even a few less than the average. On the whole I am grateful for everything, everyday is a blessing on its own and I'm looking forward for more. Looking forward to create more new projects and new miniature makings, looking forward to see what the new year has in store for me; good or not I will take them one at a time, at my stride and push myself till I get there.

Today just before closing My Miniature World, I could see that Regent Street was getting busy preparing for their New Year Celebrations. J.R. closed early. I can see that Mr. Rookie and a few others are already at the Master Swords Man Pub & Inn. Mrs. Ella and Miss Leah  only opened in the morning. Manuel is still at the coffee shop with his last clients for the night. "Come on Manuel close the shop and join the others." I winked at him from the shop window and wished the lot a Happy New Year.

Hold on! but I hear more cheering and music coming from the other side of the room. What's going on here? Pembroke Grange? I crossed the room and peeped from the windows and there in the dining room there was quite a crowd. I opened up the front to find a New Year's Eve Ball going on.

The Dining room in Pembroke Grange looked more like a Ball room. I was speechless with the lovely ladies and gents all dressed up for the evening.

There standing proudly Mr. Darcy and Miss Elisabeth Bennet welcoming their guests.

On the other side of the room next to the pianoforte there was Jane standing shyly with a smile.

A few guests that I didn't recognize in any of my projects but sure to appear in the year 2020.

"Mr. Dickens?!! What are you doing here? You are supposed to be in Regent Street."

He told me that he was invited by Miss Leah as he was a big fan of Jane Austen's Books. Apparently the brunette diverted his attention. I looked puzzled. These dolls just don't behave when I am not around.

I looked for the sweet face that I love. Miss Leah;  My very first doll in Regent Street. The story teller, my inspiration, the one that opened the doors to different worlds. She looked beautiful as ever dancing with her fiancee Sir Edward Barrett. She caught me looking at her and came to talk to me.

"Miss Leah, what's going on here? You and Sir Edward shouldn't be here! Pembroke Grange is way before your time."

She only giggled and told me that she wanted to have a Ball and that Edward couldn't refuse her plea. I rolled my eyes at the two love birds and smiled. I would have done the same, if I had the chance.

I wished everyone a good night and a Happy New Year to them too and closed the front of Pembroke Grange to let them enjoy their Ball.

Last photo of the year 2019 at My Miniature World was with Pembroke Grange during the on going New Year's Eve Ball.

From here I would like to
Wish You and Your Loved Ones a
Very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2020

Will be coming back to you with a run through of 2019 and the plans for 2020. Make sure to keep tuned.

Take Care and See You Soon.
