Hello Everyone,
How are you all? Hope you had a great weekend. I have to say I am very happy and for a very good reason. Finally I after one year and 5 months I have completed the 18th century French style dolls house 'Le Château'.
This weekend I got to finish the fourth hidden wall of the dolls house.

The Fourth Hidden Wall |
The fourth hidden wall is basically the opening, the front of the house. There are some builders that don't really bother with it, but I try my best to decorate it in the same interior decor finish according to the rest of the house. I start off by painting and decorating the wall like the adjacent rooms.
Once that is done I start making the curtains and the pelmets.
The main door and the door on top of that was decorated exactly with the same wall paper of halls and staircase.

Then on the left (which is actually the right hand side) you find these simple curtains for the kitchen.

On the opposite side you find the sitting room wall that I decorated with matching wall panels, pelmet and I used the same fabric of the upholstery of the sitting room furniture for the curtains .

The Sitting Room |
On the left hand side at the top you will find the Main Bedroom's Wall.

Finally on the right you find the wall to Felicia's Bedroom which is also decorated with the same fabric and color scheme of the room.

So this completes the Dolls House. I still can't believe that it is done. I will be sharing more pictures of the inside on my next post but this is how it looks on the outside.
I can't wait to share with you the final photos of the interior. Hope you like how it turned out. Make sure to keep tuned for the final installment of 'Le Chateau' and I will be introducing the new project.
Take Care and see you soon.
Hugs,
