The Roof Terrace - The Master Swordsman Pub & Inn

Hello everyone,

How are you? Hope you all had a great weekend. During this weekend I have managed to work a bit more on the project The Master Swordsman Pub & Inn. I can say that the outside of the project is at it's final stages and now, after it's done, I can focus more on the inside details of the pub and inn.

The Roof Terrace
The roof terrace was the last area to be finished. This is the first dolls house that I have with a roof terrace.

So I started off by passing the electricity of the lower room through the flooring of the terrace.

Then I wall papered the walls of the small room and also did the flooring.

As the room is not really accessible, I had to add all the details and furniture pieces to the room before placing the front.

I am pleased with the little room and I'm sure it will look lovely once the wall lights are lit.

With the room complete, I started paving the floor tiles of the terrace.

Once the flooring was done, I started working on the roof. For some reason I didn't really like the roof. as I wanted to add roof slates. So I changed the roof by adding cardboard and added the roof slates to the cardboard which turned out to be very sturdy.

The original roof

Once the roof slates were done and ready, I painted them and also weathered the whole roof.

There is still a few more details that I want to add to the terrace, maybe a couple of garden furniture pieces and a few plants.

And here's how it looks like so far

And here is a picture of the whole building.

This is all for today. I hope you like it. Can't wait to get the front of the building in place. Keep tuned for the next update on this project.

Take Care and See You Soon.

Regards,

Rebecca xxx
