Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all well and having a great week,
I know I am a bit late in posting this but time is not in my favor at the moment.
Like a few of you already know every two weeks I am a guest at the Maltese TV Show 'Life & Style'. During this show I am creating a new miniature project which in this case it's the new room box called 'The Dickens Book Shop' which will display my collection of readable miniature books that I make myself.
During my second time at the show I have showed the audience what a room box actually looks like.
Here is the Aired Video Clip.
During the show I got to share with the audience how to decorate a room box with wall paper, flooring and ceiling. I just gave them an idea how it would look like having all the inside walls decorated and how to choose the style and coloring of the interior.
Here is the Video Clip of the second part of the Show.
The good thing about it is that through the Tv Show I will also be sharing with you like always the progress of this Room box.
As time is precious. I did a shadow box of my own. I took the measurements of the book cases that I will be using before creating the room box itself so they will fit nicely in place against the three walls.
I painted the room box before the show was aired but then I properly pasted the wall paper and flooring in place afterwards.
Once that was ready. I continued working with the ceiling, lights and cornice. For the ceiling I choose a nice embossed paper which I thinks will look very nice with the room.
So this is how the Dickens Book Shop looks like so far.
Tomorrow at 1:00 pm on the Maltese Net TV Channel there will be the 3rd part of the making of the library. Tomorrow I will be sharing my miniature books, how to make them and decorating one of the book cases that I will be using for this project.
So this is all for today. Keep tuned for the next update on this room box.
Take Care and See You Soon.
Hugs,
Rebecca xxx

Many many best wishes for everything.
Wow Elena thank you so much for such wonderful comments. Yes I have to agree it's not easy trying to fit in everything in my daily life, but so far I'm managing. Unfortunate I don't have much time for breaks, but I wouldn't change it for the world. lol xxxxx
