First Christmas at My Miniature World

Hello everyone,

Today is 1st December! It's the last month of the year and it also brings the joy of the Christmas Spirit. One of my favorite months of the year. Since I was a child Christmas was always special to me. It's a time of hope, belief and wonder.

Spending so much time in the evenings among my work and dolls houses, I thought it would be great to give some Christmas cheer to the premises. Maybe Santa will visit!

I got myself a Christmas tree. Last week Leah and I got to choose a few Christmas decorations for it which I totally enjoyed. We picked up the lights, got to choose some pretty baubles and a few tree decorations. We kept to the same color scheme.

Having everything ready, yesterday I thought it was the perfect time to set it up.  It was just me, my dolls houses and my everything that makes me whole.

I was hoping for a smaller tree but it turned out to be slightly bigger than I intended.  It is even taller than me but than again I am not tall at all.

It took me a while to decorate with the new decorations and everything but finally it looked beautiful.

I was so happy with my handy work and obviously it looks just right.

The last thing that I wanted to do, was to turn off all the lights and just let the tree and my dolls houses be lit. It looked magical! I could spend hours just being there absorbing my surroundings.

This is all for today. I hope you got to decorate as well. Tomorrow I will be decorating my own home with the family.

Keep tuned for the next update on the progress of my projects.

Take Care and See You Soon,

Hugs,

Rebecca xxx
