Disney Dolls' House Collection

Hello Everyone,

How are you all? Hope you are well. The weekend is finally here and I can't wait to share with you something different for a change.

Here in Malta arrived the wonderful Disney Doll's House Collection which comes in 120 issues and when completed you will have this beautiful dolls house.

Even though this is not my thing, I have to say I have always been a big fan of Disney not only as a child but even as an adult.  Visiting Disney World in Florida was definitely a dream come true.

In 2006 at Disney World in Florida

Little Leah, took a lot from her mother. The sweetheart since she was a baby, always loved Minnie Mouse, so much so, her pet name is after Minnie.

There was no other way that we could miss out on another 'mother and daughter' project. In Malta the Agenda Book Shop and Outlets are offering this amazing series. You can order this series from their website  Agenda Book Shop or subscribe in any Agenda outlet around Malta. Every week a new issue comes out.

A few days ago we received the Frist and Second Issues.

The Disney Dolls' House is a 1:20 scale measuring 80cm x 75cm. There are ten rooms to decorate and each one is decorated in a different Disney Theme.  It is inspired by the Disney Dolls' House that is displayed in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.

In every issue you will find a step by step assembly guide. how to build the parts that have been included with the same issue.

Including in the magazine you will find amazing facts from the Disney films and history.

When ordering the whole collection from the Agenda Website, you will get a few special gifts that won't come with the collection.  These are the lovely Mini Mouse and Daisy with some other dollshouse accessories. and an A4 cutting Board.

I am looking forward to do this project with Leah. It will take a while to collect and build but I am sure that it will look fantastic at the end.

This is all for today. Make sure to keep tuned for more.

Take Care and See You Soon.

Hugs,

Little Linda with her Baby Piano

 Hello Everyone,

How are you all? Hope you are well and that you are looking forward to the weekend. Like always I have been quite busy preparing for the new project but in the mean time I am enjoying making a few miniatures.

Sweet Linda is enjoying living in the Summer house 'Sea Shells' and from what I could understand she would love to become a pianist. As she is still very young, I decided to make her a vintage style baby piano.

She totally loved it, and she is spending her days playing the little piano.

The Vintage 1960's Wooden Baby Piano has inspired me to do this piano. I remember as a child, I had one of my own.

I have to say I am very happy with the outcome of my own miniature version.

Here are some more photos of the toy Baby Piano that I made.

I hope you like the version of my miniature Baby Piano. This is all for today, keep tuned for the next updates.

Take Care and See You Soon.

Hugs,

Visiting The Dollshouse Shop in Steyning, UK

 Hello Everyone,

How are you all? Hope you are doing well. It has been a while since my last post but like always I have been very very busy working on my miniatures and with the continuation of the half scale Minikin project.

Last week I had the opportunity to travel to West Sussex in the UK for a few days with my mum. The best thing is that I found a dolls house shop in Steyning which was only a 20 minute drive from where I was staying at my aunt.

It's a great shop to visit especially for those who love the hobby. I spent quite some time there and purchased lots of goodies that I desperately need for my upcoming projects.

Here are some pictures I took inside shop.

If you are in the area make sure to pop in, the owner was very welcoming and we did have quite a chat.

This is all for today. I will be picking up from where we left off before Easter time. Make sure to keep tuned for the new updates on The Minikin Project. I am looking forward to continue working on it.

Have a nice weekend.

Take Care and See You Soon.

Hugs,
