Hello Everyone,
How are you? I hope you are all well. It's been a hectic couple of weeks. Wondering if I am being creative? I can assure you that being an artist, my creativity is overflowing and that goes without saying. I have been creating many new miniatures for the upcoming Kensington DollsHouse Festival - Christmas Show in London where I will also launch my new book. There is a lot of work there, and I can't wait to share it with you.
These occasions are very important to me and promoting my book at this early stage after it has just been released comes without a second thought. Writing the book and creating the dollhouse in the process took me 18 months to complete so I am very proud of my hard work and that I succeeded in creating this project to inspire and help others. Remaining real and positive (especially when you have a lot to show for) without letting anyone try to bully or put you down comes with the deal. One can only look forward, dust off what is negative and continue moving upwards with a smile. At the end you will always reach your goal.
For obvious reasons, I couldn't share the progress of No 44 - Mornington House here on my blog like what I do normally, as this dollhouse was built specifically for the book. However, I think now it's about time that you get to see it.
No 44, Mornington House, is a Victorian-styled Town House. It has six rooms which include the Parlour, The Hallway, the Breakfast room, the Kitchen, the Bedroom and Bath room.
The dollshouse was designed and built by me and the book is a step-by-step guide of the process of this house.

It was not easy keeping this project away from you. Now I am looking forward to continuing where I left off on my Christmas Project. Make sure to keep tuned for the next update and latest news.
Take Care and See You Soon.
Hugs,
